Water leaks and other issues needing immediate attention are given priority over other work. While I do not offer a 24 hour service, I will do my best to resolve your issue in a timely manner. Most issues can be controlled until the next day by just shutting off your water, either at the fixture cut-off or your whole house cut off. It's a good idea that all adults in your household know how to shut off the water to your whole house in case a leak does occur.

It's also a good idea to minimize your chances of having a major plumbing leak to begin with. Please see the Tips page for some information that may be of relevance.

Faucet and Shower Valves.

Most faucet valves can be repaired. Drips and even leaks can usually be fixed easily and efficiently. But sometimes a new faucet is in order, whether out of necessity or just time for an upgrade.

Toilets.

Toilets have moving parts and seals that will need to be replaced over time. If you need to jiggle the handle to keep your toilet from running, or if you hear your toilet fill on its own, it is time to replace some of these parts.

How do you upgrade a toilet? There are several things be done to upgrade its value to you, such as adding a bidet seat, converting it to dual flush and updating its hardware.

If you are experiencing limited or no hot water, you're heater may only need to be repaired. If your tank is leaking, it may need to be replaced.
